Frank Neale has a degree in Economics from
St John's College, Cambridge University and an
MBA from Manchester Business School. After 10 years in management consultancy he joined Citicorp Venture Capital. He became a partner in Phildrew Ventures in 1988 focussed on mid market buy outs. He is an experienced non executive director and is currently on two quoted investment company boards. He is also an accredited mediator and a business coach focussed on leadership development and behavioural change within the private equity world.
