IRRfc was previously the UK team of UBS Capital, formerly known as Phildrew Ventures, one of the UK's leading buy-out houses of the 1980s and 1990s.  In 2002 we did a buy-out from UBS and focussed on managing out the Phildrew Funds private equity portfolios for UBS and other institutional investors.  Three of the original partners have since retired.

Since completing the managing out process Frank and Ruth, the R and F of IRRfc, decided to build upon their experience of working closely with management teams and become Private Equity Advisers with a strong focus on Business Coaching . Both Frank and Ruth are both graduates of the highly acclaimed Meyler Campbell coaching programme which is accredited by the World Association of Business Coaches and by the UK Law Society.
